Introduction
It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos onto products within the FactoSupplies website. The exclusive use and reproduction of such images lie solely with their legal owners. Additionally, unlicensed copyrighted material from photographers, artists, authors, and creators of original works cannot be reproduced on the FactoSupplies website.
Privacy, security, and confidentiality are key concerns for Factohub Sdn Bhd. The following terms of service (TOS) are designed to make our website a safe place to conduct transactions. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
Your contract is with FactoSupplies (FS). You agree that WhatsApp or email will be the primary method of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation to WhatsApp or email, which will include all relevant statutory information about your contract.
FS does not store any credit card information, nor do we pass any personal information, including credit or debit card details, to any third party. You must ensure that the details you provide for ordering goods are accurate, that the credit or debit card you use is your own, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Your statutory rights are unaffected; however, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
The website cannot prevent you from submitting unacceptable artwork or text in your order. FS reserves the right to refuse any order and to edit, omit, or request alternate artwork/text if it deems the content offensive, inappropriate, or detrimental to FS’s reputation or that of its business partners.
We do not review any images before you upload them to the FS website. By using our service, you accept full responsibility for all images you upload.
Shipping
FS aims to dispatch all orders within 7 to 9 working days following confirmation of order acceptance. Shipping charges are borne by the customer, depending on the delivery location and packaging preferences.
To ensure prompt delivery, we may combine orders addressed to the same recipient.
Returns
As FS products are personalized, returns are only accepted in their original condition within 2 days of delivery/pickup, at the discretion of our Customer Service team. Returns are accepted only if the goods were damaged in transit or suffered from manufacturing defects.
Product Information
Most of the products displayed on this website are available through our site. However, merchandise shown for sale on this website may not always be available on-site. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) in Malaysia.
Accuracy of Colors
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be accurate.
FS accepts no liability for color discrepancies between what is displayed on your monitor and the finished product.
Variations
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, posting the new version on our website. All purchases after the date of posting will be governed by the updated terms.
Liability
FS endeavors to ensure the accuracy of information available on the website but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. We make no warranty that the website is free from viruses or other harmful elements.
FS is not liable for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications, and descriptions of listed goods, products, and services. FS will correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable once notified.
We make no representations regarding the fitness of any products or services for a particular purpose.
FS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or any products or services purchased from it. This limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property Rights Policy
FS prohibits shop owners from offering or distributing products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. Given that much of the process is automated, FS cannot ensure these rights are never infringed.
If any intellectual property rights are suspected to be violated, FS must be informed immediately. FS reserves the right to delete any content (graphics, logos, text, etc.) that infringes on the intellectual property of others. Shop owners must confirm their right to use any design uploaded, with proof required for every design.

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and FS regarding your purchase. You are responsible for reading all terms fully. If any terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable, they will be struck out, but all other terms remain in effect.
